What does my membership include?

Your monthly membership fee grants direct access to your physician. You get unlimited telemedicine, same-day and next-day visits, as well as annual visits. You can choose to call, text, or email us directly.

Do you make house calls?

Yes! Many labs, imaging services, and even procedures can also be provided directly in the comfort of your home.

What if I need to see a specialist?

Generally, for members who retain an HMO/PPO policy, we find the best specialists within your network. For uninsured individuals, we locate specialists who offer fair cash prices. Also, many procedures that a Fee-For-Service clinic would send to a specialist we can provide in a primary care visit. See our list of procedures.

How do prescriptions work?

We use drug market disruptors like Mark Cuban’s Cost Plus Pharmacy or GoodRx to secure massive savings on generics of many medications. We can also send prescriptions to your local pharmacy when needed. Importantly, Dr. Olsen’s Osteopathic medical training emphasizes holistic treatments, addressing the root cause of your ailments merged with the miracle of modern medicine.

Does this replace my insurance?

We do not accept insurance for our services. While members have the vast majority of their medical needs met at a much lower cost than any insurance plan, we recommend that members carry a form of insurance for catastrophic events. Icon Medical DPC membership is not a replacement for insurance.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

There are no long term agreements and no penalties for canceling your membership. There is a re-enrollment fee of $500 used to prevent high turn over and abuse of our doctor’s time. Snow bird plans are available to accommodate split residency.

Are my medical records ever shared with insurance companies?

No. We have no obligation to provide any third party with any part of your records without your specific authorization.
